Shipping and Returns

Shipping is a flat fee of $6.00 no matter how much or how little you buy. (In case you aren't familiar with shipping prices these days, that is one heck of a good deal!)

Return Policy

We hope you will be thrilled with your purchase from Julie's Gift Post. We are available during business hours by phone, e-mail or fax if you have questions prior to ordering any of our products. If for any reason your order does not fulfill your expectations, we offer a 30 day, money-back guarantee on all purchases. You may return it for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee, providing the item has not been used and is in its original packaging. To receive a refund, you must include your name, address, and phone number along with the original receipt and an explanation of the reason for return.

To return an item purchased from Julie's Gift Post, please ship the item using a trackable carrier to: Julie's Gift Post, 63701 E SaddleBrooke Blvd, Suite G1, Tucson AZ 85739. Your item(s) must be returned within 30 calendar days of your original order arriving. All items must be in their new, unused condition and returned in original packaging. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. NOTE: You will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping your returned item.
